Decantlandia is an e-commerce website that sells perfume samples & decants of niche and designer brands. These General Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed online or by email, by all Customers (hereinafter the «Buyer») in every country where Decantlandia (hereinafter the «Seller») is shipping. The Buyer must be legally authorized to do so. By paying his order on the website, the Buyer acknowledges having read the General Terms & Conditions and accepts them unreservedly, that acceptance is not conditioned by a handwritten signature of the Buyer.
Order
To place an order, the Buyer can create an account on Decantlandia by completing a form with mandatory fields for the treatment of the order. He chooses a username and a password with which he must log in to place orders. Or the Buyer can place an order and proceed to checkout without creating an account. He then needs to select one or several products and to add them to his shopping bag by clicking «ADD TO CART». The Buyer can validate his order at any time by clicking on «SHOPPING CART» or «CHECKOUT». The Buyer then has access to a recap of the ordered products as well as the personal information included in the account (delivery addresses, billing addresses…). The Buyer has the ability to modify or confirm this information. He is then requested to read the herein General Terms & Conditions. If he accepts them, he shall tick the box «I’ve read and accept the terms & conditions*». Any order implies acceptance of these General Terms & Conditions. To finalize his order the Buyer must proceed with the payment in the «PROCEED TO CHECKOUT» section, where he can pay by credit/debit card or PayPal account, via secured servers PayPal systems. When the payment is confirmed, a confirmation of acceptance of the order is displayed on the screen and sent by email by the Seller to the Buyer. The Products ordered remain the property of Decantlandia until full payment of their price by the Buyer.
Payment
The Buyer pays its order on Decantlandia by credit/debit card or PayPal. The website has a security system for online payments using SSL PayPal enabling the Client to encode the transmission of its bank data. Orders are payable in advance in full prior to shipping. The Products ordered remain the property of Decantlandia until full payment of their price by the Buyer. Invoices are available on the website in the Buyer’s private account area.
Security of your payment information
The security of your payment information is very important to us. If you pay for your orders through a PayPal account or using a credit/debit card through PayPal system, we never receive your credit card information.
Stock
The Seller offers for sale under the present General Terms & Conditions the products indicated on Decantlandia the day of consultation, and available within the limits of stock. Should a product not be on stock anymore at the time of the order preparation, the Buyer will be informed by email. He can then choose to either get reimbursed, exchange the out-of-stock product or wait for restocking if planned. If the Buyer does not express his preference withing seven (7) days after receiving the email, he will automatically be reimbursed.
Prices
Products prices are quoted in Euro and include the Value Added Tax (VAT). Decantlandia reserves the right to change prices at any time. Prices include neither the cost of delivery – which will be charged extra by Decantlandia – nor potential customs clearing costs – to be paid by the Buyer directly to customs administration.
